COVID 19 Vaccination Programme Lead – Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire
- The COVID 19 Vaccination Programme is the largest scale vaccination programme in the history of the NHS. The client required programme leadership, setting up agile and responsive programme arrangements to reflect the constantly changing requirements.
- The assignment also had included responsibility for ensuring all communities had access to vaccination. This has been a data led approach, working with colleagues from across health and local authorities and resulted in over 3000 people being vaccinated in community settings.

Project/Programme Manager
- Initially, the client required project management support to implement a new contract to deliver school age flu immunisations across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. This was successfully achieved with improved immunisation uptake rates across all areas.
- I also oversaw the delivery of the Transformation Programme to improve organisational efficiency, embedding effective but simple to use project management tools to ensure delivery.

- One Care is a company set up and owned by 86 general practices across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. The client required support on specific projects relating to extending and improving access to general practice services. This included rolling out extended opening hours across groups of practices.

- The client was responsible for the GP Access Fund Programme for Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. They required support in developing and delivering various projects to improve access to general practice. Projects included changing skill mix within practices as well testing digital transformation schemes as ‘e-consultations’. I was also responsible for successfully delivering the national requirements for improved access to General Practice within Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
